Country music superstar Jason Aldean has expanded his hospitality footprint with the opening of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar in Las Vegas. This vibrant venue officially opened its doors in December 2024, marking Aldean’s fourth location and his first on the West Coast.
Situated at 63 CityCenter, at the bustling intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, the two-story, 22,500-square-foot establishment offers a dynamic blend of Southern cuisine, live entertainment, and panoramic rooftop views of the Strip.
The venue boasts two stages hosting daily live performances, ranging from country to pop and top 40 hits. Guests can enjoy music from bands, solo artists, and resident DJs, with the possibility of impromptu performances by visiting celebrities. A unique feature is the on-site iHeartRadio studio, broadcasting live interviews and music sessions.
Culinary offerings are inspired by Aldean’s family recipes, featuring dishes like “Jason’s Mac and Cheese,” “Grandma’s Pot Roast,” and a 32-ounce tomahawk ribeye. Dessert options include the beloved peach cobbler. The beverage menu highlights TEABIRD, Aldean’s co-owned brand of hard sweet tea.
The interior design pays homage to Aldean’s musical roots, showcasing memorabilia such as guitars, personal photographs, and record plaques. A standout attraction is the Tractor Bar, featuring a vintage 4020 John Deere tractor, a nod to Aldean’s hit song “Big Green Tractor”.
With its blend of Southern hospitality, live music, and prime location, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar offers both locals and tourists an immersive Nashville experience in the heart of Las Vegas.
